Founding of Rose Pallet

In 2011, Alan Rose founded Rose Pallet. To some people the name Alan Rose may be familiar because he is the same man from the founding of Rose Paving in 1974. It was with him, that the current owners started out in the industry with. Alan Rose is known as a great businessman and a great philanthropist. He created the Alan J. Rose foundation back in 2015 to show support to various causes. Rose Pallet has now undergone a change in ownership but has remained dedicated to philanthropy and the community.

Becoming Women-Owned

Mia Allen and Amy Olson were learning as much as possible with their uncle until the pair bought him out in 2015. This pushed the company to be 100% women owned! The sisters followed in their uncle’s footsteps when it came to philanthropy as well.  It started with Alan Rose’s commitment to strengthening his surrounding community and a few select personal topics such as asthma. Now, the sisters are participating in great events like the Polar Plunge, donating to cancer research and more. They are very active in the day-to-day running of the company and enjoy building up their partners and inside team.

Products & Services

At Rose Pallet we sell pallets, crates, and lumber. We have customized pallets that can fit into any production process. Our utilization of the Pallet Design System (PDS) will ensure the measurements are exact and able to be replicated on each order. In addition to this we provide the needed treatments to fit exporting regulations. We offer both wood pallets and plastic pallets to fit any needs. To support production we offer cut stock lumber and crates. Your facilities can then be paired with a plethora of services .

Over the years many things about our brand have changed, but philanthropy and dedication to our partners has always remained constant. We live to serve others.
