John Deere bestows two awards annually to honor a small business, women-owned, or minority-owned business in its supply base.  Nominated suppliers are evaluated for excellence in innovation, social responsibility, performance, and cost savings.

Rose Pallet, a certified women-owned business, supplies truckloads of pallets and other specialty orders to the core John Deere market.  Owners, Mia Allen and Amy Olson, will accept the Supplier Diversity Award during formal ceremonies held in Iowa.

“Our relationship with John Deere began when other vendors could not deliver pallets due to labor staffing and lumber supply shortages,” explained Mia, CEO and co-owner. “At peak times we produced and delivered up to forty truck loads per week. It was a significant accomplishment for our small but mighty team, and we are grateful to our client for recognizing our unwavering commitment to serve and support them no matter the circumstance.”

Amy Olson, CFO and co-owner, continued, “We are honored to work with a company that clearly supports supplier diversity and spotlights the hard work of small and minority-owned businesses across America.” She continued, “This recognition confirms that success is not measured by company size, but rather by leadership and results. It serves as further motivation for all of us at Rose Pallet to continue living our core values and making an impact beyond our four walls.”
