Happy New Year with red confetti

Twenty-sixteen is going to be an exciting time–after all, it’s an election year!  But, before we officially ring in the New Year, we wanted to close out 2015 with a fun post that focuses on our employees.  So, we polled some of our hard-working colleagues to learn what each one is looking forward to experiencing in 2016.  Here are their candid responses:

Amy Angellotti – I am looking forward to the growth of Rose Pallet, traveling, and–since I recently became engaged– planning my wedding.

Dori Fezzuoglio – I look forward to becoming a first-time grandparent in 2016.  It will be wonderful to watch my daughter experience motherhood; I am anxious to see how her life evolves and her priorities change once the baby arrives.  I am eager to hold my grandchild for the first time, brag about him, and—of course—spoil him.  And, I look forward to seeing how my daughter will carry on our family traditions. Also, in 2016, my son will graduate from DePaul University and I look forward to celebrating with him and watching him begin his career.

Michael J. Loizzo – Twenty sixteen will be my first, full calendar year as part of the Rose Pallet Executive Team.  I am excited to strengthen our relationships within the marketplace, build upon the trend of growth and organizational advancement, develop new customers and strategic partners alike, and lead Rose Pallet to the next steps of our evolution.

Jennifer McNichols – I am excited for the year ahead; in March, I will be celebrating my one-year anniversary with Rose Pallet.  I am also looking forward to happiness along with continued good health.

Alan Rose – Twenty sixteen will mark Rose Pallet’s five-year anniversary! Since our opening, we have doubled the number of employees within our organization. I am thrilled with the confidence customers have placed in Rose Pallet and I look forward to continued relationship building and earning additional business in 2016.

Kyle Stemmons – I am looking forward to growing as an employee and as an individual. Expanding my knowledge has always been a point of emphasis in my life. I hope to take the next step in 2016 to becoming a better me, and pushing myself toward achieving goals of a higher standard.

Mary Zalud – I look forward to continuing to grow personally and professionally to obtain the goals I have set for myself.  I also look forward to watching my four sons mature into the great men I tirelessly try to raise them to be. Lastly, I look forward to a new year of possibilities. For me, the New Year signifies the end of a chapter–one that probably didn’t reach my highest expectations, yet holds the hopes, dreams, and possibilities associated with a new start! It reminds me of making the first prints on freshly fallen snow before anyone else messes it up!
