What are you looking forward to for Rose Pallet in 2025?
As Co-CEO and Co-Founder, my priority is driving measurable growth in 2025. Our business is small but positioned for significant expansion. Key areas of focus include revenue growth, sales team development, and operational efficiency.
Increasing revenue is our top objective. We are pursuing this by improving our offerings, targeting key markets, and leveraging strategic partnerships. Growth will be achieved by staying focused on value-driven outcomes for our clients.
To support this, we are expanding our sales team. Adding experienced, high-performing sales professionals will allow us to increase market penetration, improve client engagement, and consistently meet aggressive revenue goals.
What are you prioritizing for operations in 2025?
We are building an operations team to establish structure and scalability. Operational excellence will be critical to maintaining efficiency as we grow, ensuring that our processes support—not hinder—our objectives.
Our approach is pragmatic and results-oriented. Every decision we make is tied to business outcomes, and we are committed to executing on this growth plan with precision.

What moment stuck out to you from 2024?
Joining the Rose Pallet team in May was definitely a highlight for me! I’m excited to be part of such a dynamic company.
What are you looking forward to personally in 2025?
I’m planning to focus on personal growth by reading more books. Always looking to learn and expand my horizons!
What industry trend do you think will have the most impact on us?
I believe automation and technology, particularly robotics and AI, will bring significant changes to the pallet industry. We’ll likely see increased use of robotics in production and repair for tasks like sorting, stacking, and dismantling. AI also has the potential to optimize pallet design and improve supply chain efficiency.

What moment stuck out to you from 2024?
A moment that stuck in my mind has been landing a major account in the beginning of 2024. Since then, it has opened many doors to new opportunities and further growth in 2024. Hard work, confidence and persistence truly pays off.
What are you looking forward to personally in 2025?
I’m looking forward to growth, knowledge and confidence leading into 2025. Having a full year behind me with Rose Pallet and understanding the industries, and its volatilities have made me push a bit harder when need be.
What industry trend do you think will have the most impact on us?
I don’t necessarily think it is an industry trend but a change in leadership in the White House that I believe will impact the economy in a positive direction. Every election year tends to be negative but leading into 2025 seems be trending in a positive manufacturing year which in turn bows positive for the Pallet Industry.

What moment stuck out to you from 2024?
In 2024 the moment that stuck out the most to me was my trip to AZ to hike with one of my old badminton friends. This was a great trip that allowed me to get outside and see sights that are normally not blessed upon us in Chicago IL.
What are you looking forward to personally in 2025?
I am looking forward to whatever the year brings me. I don’t have anything specific planned out yet, but would love to take another hiking trip.
What industry trend do you think will have the most impact on us?
I think the rise in raw material costs will definitely be something we have to keep our eyes on as we move into the new year.
