Women-Led and Thriving: Rose Pallet Makes Crain’s List Again
For the fourth consecutive year, Rose Pallet has earned a coveted spot on Crain’s Chicago Business list of the largest women-owned companies in the Chicagoland area.
Ranking on this list is a meaningful distinction—and being included year after year makes it even more significant. It is a testament to Rose Pallet’s consistent growth, strong leadership, and ongoing commitment to excellence in the pallet industry.
Mia Allen, co-CEO of Rose Pallet, emphasized, “It’s incredibly rewarding to be featured once again among so many impressive women-led organizations. Each year brings new challenges and opportunities, and this recognition reinforces that we’re moving in the right direction.”
Founded fourteen years ago, sisters Mia Allen and Amy Olson opened the doors of Rose Pallet with a shared vision to build a trusted, customer-focused pallet company in the logistics hub of the Midwest. Since then, their business has expanded rapidly, driven by a growing client base, national partnerships, and a reputation for responsive, reliable service.
“When we launched Rose Pallet, there weren’t many women executives in this space,” said co-CEO Amy Olson. “We’ve worked hard to carve out our place in the field—and we’re proud to be part of a larger movement that’s opening more doors for women in pallet-related professions.”
Looking ahead, the company plans to continue investing in customer relationships, community engagement, and operational growth.
“We believe business is personal,” added Allen. “The relationships we build—with our clients, our partners, and our team—are at the heart of our success. We’re grateful for the trust placed in us and excited for the road ahead.”
Rose Pallet is proudly certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
