Educating Our Team to Empower You!

In just four days, Rose Pallet will be on the mooove to “Cowtown” (a.k.a. Fort Worth, TX) to attend the NWCPA Annual Leadership Conference or ALC. This year’s theme is “Embrace Uncertainty. Supercharge Results.” The event starts on Wednesday, March 1, and runs through Friday, March 3, at the Omni Fort Worth. Attendees can expect to enhance and expand their knowledge of various topics from ERP to EOS as well as trends in the pallet and forest industries.

In addition to educational sessions, there will be meetings, panel discussions, and demonstrations; a golf tournament; an auction to benefit The Pallet Foundation; and plenty of socializing. While participants are busy learning, spouses can venture into the stockyards, cultural district, or any number of other attractions in the Fort Worth area.

Rose Pallet is eager to attend this event to meet or re-connect with industry peers and learn best practices that will help improve our business. As a women-owned enterprise, we’re looking forward to the “Women in Business Breakfast Forum” on Friday. And we must admit—we can’t wait to don our cowboy hats at the Western-themed closing celebration on Friday evening. Yee-haw!

Of all the educational opportunities at this year’s meeting, we are excited to hear Linda Nazareth, a leading economist, share her insight on the economic outlook for 2023 as well as a discussion of at the megatrends that will impact the pallet industry in the future.
