Making Memories and Gaining Momentum

When we have the opportunity to visit Nashville, we go! Not only is it a fantastic city and home to country legends, it’s also where certified women-owned businesses make connections and do business.

Last week, Rose Pallet had the privilege to exhibit at the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Momentum Conference held in Nashville. In addition to showcasing our business solutions to attendees, we also participated in experiential learning opportunities, hands-on coaching, and various discussions on topics including supplier diversity, healthcare, finance, and best practices to build and scale business.

In fact, one of our favorite events was a fireside chat on “Building Your Ecosystem” which covered how to set up the right building blocks for growth and scale. (This can be changed after the event, if necessary, to whatever you liked best.)

The event helped strengthen our business acumen while also opening our eyes to some of the barriers experienced by other women business enterprises. Ultimately, through the connections we made and the meaningful discussions we had, we left enlightened and empowered to drive our business forward and help support other women-owned businesses in the process.

And, of course, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention the outstanding networking events. Our favorite was the closing ceremony held at the infamous Wildhorse Saloon. If you haven’t been, you need to go.  In addition to the main stage featuring some of the best musical acts in Nashville, there’s also a mechanical bull. Yee-haw!

We are grateful to the WBENC for producing an amazing event. And we’re excited to put into practice all the lessons learned to benefit our clients, manufacturers, and partner network.

If you’re in the market for pallets, please consider doing business with Rose Pallet, a certified women-owned business enterprise. We’re eager to help you meet all your pallet management needs.
