1. Describe your initial need for pallets or pallet-related services:
   As a global leader in supply chain solutions, Panalpina transports cargo all over the world by air and ocean. All of the cargo must be palletized prior to shipment; therefore, pallets are a basic supply item for our organization.
2. Have you tried other products or services from other vendors? If so, why didn’t that work?
   Panalpina employees are passionate about providing supply chain management solutions. To do this, we partner with equally driven vendors to help us deliver on our promises.  As the logistics supervisor for our Midwest Head Office, I have to meet high expectations daily, all of which ride on my pallet supply.  Other pallet providers in the Chicagoland area were not able to meet my demands at a fair price.

   I researched pallet vendors online and came across Rose Pallet. In further reading about their capabilities and dedication to customer service, I knew I was in the right place.
4. Why did you choose to buy from Rose Pallet?
   Rose Pallet’s service is impressive; but, above all, I benefit the most from my relationship with Mia Allen. She is always reliable and I know I can count on her to make my job a little easier.
5. What products or services did you buy?
   My office purchases 48×40 pallets, #2 used wooden pallets, and used plastic pallets.
6. In what way have our pallets or pallet services improved your role within the organization?
   Knowing that I can rely on Rose Pallet makes my job easier because I have assurance that I can meet the demands of my customers. I don’t have to worry about my pallet supply or unbudgeted pallet expenses, which means I can concentrate on improving productivity in other areas of operations.
