Meet the Champions Who Power Our Supply Chain

The National Wooden Pallet and Container Association (NWPCA) Annual Leadership Conference is taking place in Orlando on Sept 15-17. The theme is “Connecting Champions — Celebrating an Essential Industry and our Critical Workforce.”

And we couldn’t be more exited. It’s been a challenging, ever-changing time for the world and the pallet industry. This event will address many of the hurdles and help our company, and subsequently our customers, learn best practices to overcome. There are already a record number of pallet manufacturers and national pallet providers registered and we are eager to connect with them in the classroom.

Conference sessions will address labor and workforce retention, the lumber crisis, managing growth with limited resources, and health & wellness techniques to combat stress. In addition, there will be panel discussions, demonstrations, a golf tournament, and an auction to benefit The Pallet Foundation.

Of all the seminars at this year’s meeting, we are especially looking forward to the keynote on Friday, September 17, during which Ross Bernstein, an award-winning peak-performance speaker, will help us to think differently – think like champions, create a culture of excellence, and raise our game to the next level.
