In just twelve days, supply chain professionals will be gathering in one place—at MODEX 2018—held April 9-12, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.  Here attendees can learn how to solve tough manufacturing and supply chain challenges, identify best practices, exceed customer demands, and gain a competitive edge.

MODEX 2018 offers more than 130 educational sessions and a spectrum of manufacturing and supply chain topics including material handling equipment, inventory management, warehouse supplies, and our favorite–shipping equipment and pallets. The conference also features a Supply Chain Education Summit that includes a variety of educational events presented by leading associations and universities.

Plus, on Wednesday, April 11, the Industry Night celebration features one of our favorite comedians who happens to hail from suburban Chicago and was raised in the Midwest—Jim Gaffigan. A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Material Handling Education Foundation, Inc., which is an independent charitable organization awarding scholarships and grants to students at colleges and universities throughout the United States and Canada.

Of all the presentations at MODEX, we recommend attending “Choosing the Right Pallet to Ensure a Clean and Safe Supply Chain,” which occurs on Monday, April 9, at 11:30am.  Attendees will understand the benefits of reusable pallets in the supply chain as well as the latest pallet materials available. In addition, there will be five powerful keynote addresses, delivered by executives from UPS, Deloitte Consulting, MIT Sloan School of Management, mikeroweWORKS, and the Governor of Georgia.

Need more reasons to attend?  It’s free!  Simply fill out the online registration form.

If you are in the Atlanta area and plan on attending, please comment below.  We’d love to follow up with you after the show to find out what you enjoyed the most. And, as always, for all of your pallet management needs, call on Rose Pallet.
