Think Different About Buying Pallets

It’s no secret that we sell pallets. And there are many other companies that sell them too. So, what makes us different? It all comes down to what we say and what we do. Those two things keep customers coming back.

For almost any product on the market—whether it’s toilet paper or a TV—it’s possible to shop around for the lowest-priced item. And sometimes it makes sense. But, other times, you can’t afford the savings. This is certainly true when purchasing pallets. Buying low-priced pallets compromises on construction and quality, which impacts performance and—ultimately—the safe transport of your goods.

So, before you buy, it’s important to assess more than price and think a little different. Here’s what Rose Pallet does that sets us apart.

WHAT WE SAY

  1. We make customer service priority #1.
  2. We provide value above all.

WHAT WE DO DIFFERENT

  1. We are on our phones all the time. We get back to customers within minutes. We’ve been told that some of our competitors do not even return calls. Some also refuse to travel to a customer’s site. Not returning calls or not traveling are red flags. It’s important for your pallet provider to be responsive and to be available. Specifying the right pallet requires knowledge of your product, operations, and logistics. This can’t be accomplished over the internet or with one phone call.
  2. We’re interested in a full pallet-management relationship with our customers. We focus on the relationship and great customer service. We’re not about the transaction, ever. We stay in touch through hand-written notes and we pop-in periodically to check in on customers in our local area. We want to make sure the pallets we provide are working for our customers’ needs and that they have ample supply.

We invite you to experience the remarkable difference with Rose Pallet.  Contact us to continue the conversation. We’re eager to help you solve your pallet management needs.
