Before we officially ring in the New Year, we are closing out 2021 with a fun post that focuses on the future of our employees. We asked a few of them to comment on what they are looking forward to experiencing in 2022. Here are their candid responses…
Mia (Owner) – I look forward to reconnecting with customers I have not seen since the onset of the pandemic as well as the continued growth of our business with strong pipelines. I also anticipate growing the Rose Pallet Family with fresh talent. On a personal level, I am eager to support my children as they get back into cheer, dance, and baseball. Competition season is starting up which keeps us busy until the middle of summer.
Amy (Owner) – I am looking forward to spending more time with my kids and husband—especially on the lake, as that is one of our favorite places to be– and watching my little ones grow and develop. In addition to the lake, I am also looking forward to our family trip to Aspen, Colorado, as well as Marco Island in Florida. If we can squeeze it in, we also hope to spend time abroad in Greece or Italy.
Ana (Executive Assistant) – In 2022 I look forward to expanding my knowledge of the pallet industry, improving my skillset, and continuing to collaborate with my coworkers.
Dori (Accounting) – 2022 brings with it another 365 days of opportunity and adventures; each day is a new chance to build yourself, to become the person you want to be, and to work on your business and personal relationships. Each year I have seen my life change and I have found ways to adapt to new situations, and no doubt that 2022 will bring new changes, new situations, and new opportunities which allow me to learn and grow. Personally, I’m looking forward to continuing to enjoy spending time with my family. More getaways with my husband and our family trip to Disneyworld. It will be our grandchildren’s first trip to Disney! Professionally, I am looking forward to new opportunities. It’s an exciting time at Rose Pallet. We are very proud of where we are today and excited about where we are headed. I can’t wait to see what’s next! I am also looking forward to having Covid-19 under control in every country in the world.
Ryan (Sales) – The thing I’m most looking forward to in 2022 is spending time with my new wife and going on a honeymoon. We haven’t finalized our plans yet; but, we are leaning toward Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, or Cambodia.
Danny (Operations) – I am looking forward to traveling again! Can’t wait to sit on a beach somewhere–preferably in Mexico!
