Then look no further, you’ll be a great fit for Rose Pallet. Rose Pallet in Westmont, IL is looking for a results oriented Marketer to join our team. You will be an instrumental part in building B2B marketing strategies that attract, nurture and ultimately convert. This position will be focused on the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization, website management, social media management as well as the measurement and reporting of these activities from end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of experience in a marketing and/or B2B digital marketing role. Role will report to co-ownership. Office: 60% (3 days per week) Home: 40% (2 days per week)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, with a minimum 3+ years in a marketing specialist, B2B digital marketing, and/or social media management role
  • 3-6+ years of direct, hands-on experience running and managing SEM campaigns via Google/Bing ads, digital display campaigns, and social media campaigns
  • 3-6+ years of comprehensive experience using Google Analytics (or similar tool) to analyze performance and making/implementing data-driven decisions to improve performance
  • B2B social media fluency, native use and knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, and their ad platforms
  • Experience with marketing software (CRM, Adobe Creative Suite), applications (Web analytics, MailChimp or similar mass email software, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, etc), and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience planning and executing B2B and/or multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience developing performance metrics, tracking and analyzing campaign performance
  • Experience managing CRM and lead pipelines, developing lead-generation strategies
  • Experience managing, updating website landing pages
  • Working knowledge of public relations
  • Ability to plan and execute trade show and event activities
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter and must have the ability to flourish in a rapidly changing, startup-type environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hyper-competitive manufacturing, transportation, and/or logistics industries is preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of industry, products, competition, and marketing goals and objectives of the industry
  • Brainstorm, propose new ideas, plan and execute integrated, multi-level B2B digital marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, events, etc
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Design, build and maintain Rose Pallet’s social media presence and blogs
  • Manage and maintain website and social media channels, implement unique and innovative strategies to drive traffic
  • Brainstorm creative, innovative growth and lead generation strategies
  • Maintain company CRM and lead pipeline
  • Research, plan, and execute PR campaigns and company philanthropic efforts
  • Plan and execute all company participation in events and trade shows
  • Create, design, and source any integrated marketing materials or services as needed
  • Provide integrated marketing support to company’s sales team as needed
