1.  Describe your initial need for pallets or pallet-related services:
   The brewery is based in California, but we recently opened a new location for full-scale production in Chicago. With heavy product distribution throughout the nation and to countries including the UK and Canada, we needed pallets for both domestic and international shipping.
2. Have you tried other pallet providers to assist with your needs?  If so, what was the outcome?
   The brewery has worked with other pallet providers in the past.  But, they didn’t have the same level of customer service, quality, or attention to our needs.
3. How did you hear of Rose Pallet?
   I worked with them at a previous employer and, because of their responsiveness and reliability, I decided to use them again at Langunitas.
4. Why did you choose to buy from Rose Pallet?
   Their friendly service and competitive pricing are second to none.
5. How does Rose Pallet help you currently?
   They are able to deliver within a tight time frame.  They pick up scrap whenever we ask.  Their customer service is phenomenal.  When we need custom pallets to accommodate new packaging sizes, they partner with us to find the best design for our circumstances.
6. Has operations improved as a result of buying from Rose Pallet?
   Yes.  I don’t have the time to micromanage our pallet program and, since partnering with Rose Pallet, I don’t need to worry about it because they handle all the details for me.
7. Would you recommend Rose Pallet to others?
   Absolutely!
