What I love most about my job:

1. I enjoy the family environment. We are not just a team of co-workers; we are like family, and we all support one another and collaborate to get the job done.
2. Designing pallets for a variety of applications. Although they may look similar, there are more to pallets than meets the eye. Many factors go into designing or creating just the right one for each customer.
3. We genuinely care for our manufacturing partners. For example, I love that we have been able to assist suppliers in acquiring machinery and lumber when they needed it most.
4. Non-stop fun is the best way I can put it. I am constantly doing something, whether it is answering phone calls, replying to emails, running reports, placing orders, pricing orders, inspecting loads, talking with customers, or meeting our manufacturers.
5. I truly enjoy developing relationships and discovering customers’ needs because they vary by organization.
6. Each of my coworkers at Rose Pallet brings a different skill and perspective to the organization. Or, you might say—a different piece to the puzzle. The pieces fit together to function as a team pressing toward one goal.
7. I am grateful to work for a remarkable company that values its staff and fosters a close-knit working environment. The result is high employee retention and, as a result, highly satisfied clients.
