Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped in small pieces
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 stalks celery, diced into small pieces (don’t discard the celery leaves - chop them right in - great flavor)
1 tbs. olive oil
1½ lbs. organic ground turkey thigh
2 tbs. Wan Ja Shan Organic Gluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce
1½ tbs. Grey Poupon’s Dijon Mustard
