Check out emerging trends at the Retail Supply Chain Conference in Phoenix.

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) is a trade association focused on the unique needs of leading retailers. It is also a leading education and networking provider offering world-class forums for sharing ideas and expertise. The largest of which kicks off in just one month.

Senior executives from prominent retail and consumer goods companies will convene at the Retail Supply Chain Conference at the Phoenix Convention Center on February 25-28. The event is especially ideal for those in charge of warehouse management and product distribution to learn more about material handling equipment, logistics offerings, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.

In addition to golf and several networking events, the conference boasts more than 35 interactive educational sessions and more than 70 expert speakers.  Plus, an expo–with dedicated visiting hours–will be packed with vendors featuring products in 45 different categories including pallets, containers, and RPCs. And, new this year, retail and product manufacturers have the opportunity to tour two distribution centers post-conference on February 28th. The options are REI in Phoenix or Dick’s Sporting Goods in Goodyear, AZ. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.

Of the educational seminars at this year’s meeting, we recommend attending “Transforming the Supply Chain at Five Below,” on Tuesday, February 27, as part of the Inventory Management Track.  Presented by the growing specialty retailer, attendees will learn how the discount store transitioned from an inventory process with limited visibility of cartons and pallets to one with increased in-transit visibility and delivery status. In the meantime, if you’re in the Grand Canyon State and plan on attending this meeting, please let us know your thoughts on the event and what you liked best.  And, as always, for all of your pallet management needs, call on Rose Pallet; we are ready and prepared to help you for the long haul!
