logistics programCalling all material handling, logistics, and supply chain professionals! The 32nd annual Material Handling and Logistics Conference will be held Sunday, Sept. 10, through Wednesday, Sept. 13, in Park City, Utah. The event boasts a blend of over 50 educational sessions organized into six tracks, an amazing lineup of Keynote speeches and presenters, and peer networking guaranteed to provide long-term professional relationships.

Plus, attendees can tour an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Manufacturing Facility in Salt Lake City on Sunday or Wednesday and explore an environment delivering world-class quality equipment for a variety of markets through effective material handling and logistics programs and strategies.

Other benefits include a Keynote speech delivered by Peyton Manning, legendary quarterback, on Monday, Sept. 11, and a musical concert performed by Sheryl Crow on Tuesday, Sept. 12.

If we could recommend one track to our clients it would be Track 6: The Toolbox. See what’s hot and what’s coming around the next corner to help your warehousing and distribution operations work even smarter, better, and faster. This line-up includes a session entitled “Take Your Pick: Fast, Dense, or Cheap Storage,” which tackles how to optimize storage systems as well as racking and pallet patterns to improve space utilization in the warehouse. However, if the latest high-tech solutions are of interest, the presentations in Track 3 will show you how technology can help close holes in your organization’s supply chain. Session 4 in this track examines automated order fulfillment utilizing voice-directed pick-to-pallet.
