Rose Pallet VP Lends Her Perspective on Business, Leadership, and Family

Last month, our vice president, Amy Olson, was profiled in PalletCentral magazine along with seven other female industry thought leaders to offer advice on business, leadership, and family.

The article was a perfect addition to the issue because the month of October is recognized as National Women’s Small Business Month. It is a time to honor the talented, dedicated, and driven women that are fueling the nation’s economy and transforming the American small business community.

According to the National Association of Women Business Owners, more than 11.6 million firms in the United States are owned by women, employing nearly 9 million people, and generating $1.7 trillion in sales as of 2017.

The uptick in women-owned businesses is growing among the pallet industry, too, as more and more females are entering the space.
